We’re on a mission to create an unforgettable festival filled with great beer, amazing food, and lively community spirit—and that starts with YOU, our vendors!

To help us build the best fest possible, all vendor applications are carefully reviewed. We encourage you to share as much detail as you can—photos of your food, products, booth setup, or décor. The more we see, the better we can picture how you’ll bring flavor, fun, and festivity to the celebration.

Whether you’re serving up mouthwatering eats or offering a unique experience for our guests, we’d love to have you join the party. Prost to that! 🍺

1. Our proud sponsor, Hill Meat, helps make this event possible—vendors are strongly encouraged to use Hill Meat products whenever possible. 
2. German/Bavarian food vendors — from your name to your menu to your décor — should bring authentic Oktoberfest flair.

Our Oktoberfest Pendleton Committee will review all applications and select vendors based on the criteria above. Notifications will be sent via email within two weeks after the deadline.

If selected, you’ll be assigned a booth space within the lively Happy Canyon venue. Booth placement is thoughtfully arranged to keep the festival flowing and fun, based on:

• Food variety and placement 
• Menu offerings 
• Booth size 
• Event logistics 

All accepted vendors for the 2026 festival will complete a booth specification packet and event compliance agreement.
