We are committed to providing the best possible experience for festival attendees. To achieve this goal, we carefully assess all Vendor applications for our annual Oktoberfest Pendleton event. To do this effectively and efficiently, we ask that Vendors provide as much information as possible with their applications, including photographs of their product or pitch. With this information, we can get a clear picture of each Vendor’s offerings and their ability to add excitement and engagement to our festival. Whether you’re a food vendor looking to share your delicious creations with hungry attendees or a non-food vendor hoping to entertain and educate our crowds, we would love to hear from you.

1. Hill Meat is our event sponsor, therefore we are requesting that you utilize their meat products whenever possible
2. German/Bavarian Restaurant or Food Vendor – German/Bavarian name, décor, menu items must be significantly German/Bavarian.
3. Restaurants or food vendors that will offer German/Bavarian inspired menu items.
4. Food variety and uniqueness.
Deadline for applications – Thursday, August 31st
Vendors will be selected based on the above criteria at the sole discretion of the Oktoberfest Pendleton Committee and will be notified via email if accepted within two weeks of application deadline. Each vendor that is accepted will be assigned a booth location within the event parameters of the Happy Canyon venue.
Criteria for location placement area: Food variety by location, menu items, size of booth and event logistical requirements. Vendors accepted for participation in the 2023 Oktoberfest Pendleton must fill out a booth specification kit, including an event compliance agreement.
